Let’s celebrate that with a Sidequest-Story desktop background! Any ideas/suggestions?

How about something akin to Totoro and your second comic? Have your characters marching across the screen one by one. Have Cyan (your main dude) charging out first, Cardinal (the cleric) running behind him holding out a potion for Cyan, Violet the mage looking behind and calling to Royal (the king) to hurry along, with Grandpa Slime crawling in the back.

And maybe some sort of “Adventure!” quote or “On To Adventure!” or something sorta cute and inspirational under them.
